目的:比较MRI与CT在诊断颅内肿瘤中的应用价值。方法将我院接受颅内肿瘤治疗的47例患者作为本次观察对象,治疗时间为2014年7月至2015年7月,分别采取MRI和CT进行诊断,以手术病理诊断结果作为金标准,总结及比较两种诊断方式的临床价值。结果:经手术病理诊断,本次观察对象均确诊为颅内肿瘤;MRI诊断检出47例,均符合诊断标准,准确率为100.00%;CT诊断检出43例,其中38例符合诊断标准,诊断准确率为80.85%。MRI诊断准确率显著高于CT,且P<0.05。结论:MRI与CT在诊断颅内肿瘤中均有一定的诊断效果,但MRI更为明显,可有效提升诊断准确率,继而为临床治疗工作提供更有力的参考依据,适合临床推广。
Objective: To compare the value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of intracranial tumors. Methods Forty-seven patients undergoing intracranial tumor treatment in our hospital were selected as the object of this study. The treatment time ranged from July 2014 to July 2015, and MRI and CT were used for diagnosis respectively. The results of the surgical pathology diagnosis were used as gold standard And compare the clinical value of the two diagnostic methods. Results: According to the pathological diagnosis, all the subjects were diagnosed as intracranial tumors. 47 cases were diagnosed by MRI, all of them were in accordance with the diagnostic criteria, the accuracy rate was 100.00%; 43 cases were diagnosed by CT, of which 38 cases met the diagnostic criteria, The diagnostic accuracy rate was 80.85%. MRI diagnostic accuracy was significantly higher than CT, and P <0.05. Conclusion: MRI and CT have certain diagnostic value in the diagnosis of intracranial tumors, but MRI is more obvious, which can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy, and then provide a more powerful reference for clinical treatment, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
