【目的】探讨空气压力波治疗仪与α‐硫辛酸联用治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN )的临床疗效。【方法】选择本院2010年1月至2013年1月收治的98例老年DPN患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组49例,对照组患者接受单纯α‐硫辛酸静脉滴注治疗,观察组在对照组患者治疗基础上接受空气压力波治疗仪联合治疗,治疗2周后比较两组患者治疗效果、自觉症状、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)的变化。【结论】观察组患者治疗后总有效显著优于对照组,且两组相比较差异有显著性( P <0.05)。两组患者治疗后M NCV与SNCV均显著高于治疗前,且差异有显著性( P<0.05);而观察组患者治疗后MNCV与SNCV 改善程度显著优于对照组,且两组相比较差异有显著性( P<0.05)。【结论】空气压力波治疗仪与α‐硫辛酸联用治疗老年 DPN 临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者M NCV与SNCV ,值得临床推广应用。“,”[Objective]To explore the efficacies of air pressure wave treatment device plus α‐lipoic acid for peripheral neuropathy of elderly diabetes mellitus .[Methods] A total of 98 elderly patients with diabetic pe‐ripheral neuropathy were recruited from our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 .And they were ran‐domly divided into observation and control groups ( n =49 each) .The control group received an infusion of pureα‐lipoic acid while the observation group was treated by air pressure wave treatment device .Two groups were compared with regards to treatment efficacy ,symptom changes ,sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity at Week 2 after treatment .[Results] The overall efficacy of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group ( P <0 .05) .And the difference was statistically significant . Both motor and sensory nerve conduction velocities after treatment were higher than those before treatment ( P<0 .05) .And the difference had statistic significance .And the observation group was obviously higher than the control group ( P <0 .05) .And the difference had statistic significance .[Conclusion] Air pressure wave treatment device plus α‐lipoic acid may offer significant efficacies so as to effectively improve motor and sensory nerve conduction velocities in elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy .
