仪器仪表須在一些比較恶劣的环境如高温、低温、高溫高湿、化工腐蝕性气体等条件下工作,所以需要密封性的外壳。但为了要看清仪器仪表的讀数,又必須在标度尺指示讀数的部位安装透明玻璃。由于玻璃与各种外壳材料的膨脹系数不同,因此怎样使外壳与玻璃密合,保持密封,能在各种环境及恶劣条件下不致破坏,就成为仪器仪表工业的一項关鍵工艺。
Instrumentation to be in some of the more harsh environments such as high temperature, low temperature, high temperature and humidity, chemical corrosive gases and other conditions, so the need for airtight shell. However, in order to see the readings of the instrumentation, transparent glass must be installed on the place where the scale indicates the reading. Due to the different expansion coefficients of glass and various shell materials, it is a key process in the instrumentation industry that how to make the shell and the glass in close contact with each other and keep them sealed in a variety of environments and harsh conditions.
