目的比较海捷亚与拜新同治疗原发性高血压(EH)的降压效果并评价药物对肾功能的影响。方法将120例EH患者随机分成两组,分别给予海捷亚每日1片口服和拜新同每日1片口服,疗程半年,治疗前后分别测定24动态血压,血、尿肌酐,尿微量白蛋白,并用Cockcroft-Gault公式计算,估测血清肌酐清除率。结果药物治疗后两组收缩压和舒张压分别较基值降低,动态血压观察,海捷亚组降压幅度为(23±8)/(13±5.41)mm Hg,拜新同组降压幅度为(24±5)/(13±5)mm Hg,P均<0.01。但两组间降低值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。药物治疗前后2组血清肌酐、肌酐清除率及尿微量白蛋白检测结果为海捷亚组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),拜新同组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论海捷亚与拜新同一样对EH具有良好的降压效果,同时海捷亚还能降低血清肌酐和尿微量白蛋白,提高肌酐清除率,改善肾功能。
Objective To compare the antihypertensive effect of Hytera and Baixin with treatment of essential hypertension (EH) and to evaluate the effect of drugs on renal function. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with EH were randomly divided into two groups, one oral and one daily oral treatment. Each group was given oral treatment once daily for six months. Before and after treatment, 24 ambulatory blood pressure, blood and urine creatinine, Protein and calculated using the Cockcroft-Gault formula to estimate serum creatinine clearance. Results After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the two groups were lower than those of the baseline. The ambulatory blood pressure was decreased in the Haitei subgroup as (23 ± 8) / (13 ± 5.41) mm Hg, (24 ± 5) / (13 ± 5) mm Hg, P <0.01. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The serum creatinine, creatinine clearance rate and urine microalbumin test results of two groups before and after the drug treatment showed significant difference (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions HyDia and Baixin have the same antihypertensive effects on EH, while HyDia can also reduce serum creatinine and urine microalbumin, improve creatinine clearance and improve renal function.
