在深化改革,促进发展中,迎来了又一个“五四”青年节。我们谨向各行各业各条战线上的青年管理者们,致以节日的祝贺! 改革开放为广大青年管理者提供了大显身手的广阔舞台,造就了一大批青年管理人才。青年管理者们充分发挥了最少保守,最富于创造精神的优势,为管理好企业献计献策,做出了突出的贡献。 今天的青年管理者,是跨世纪的一代,当前肩负着实施科学管理、建立现代企业制度的重任,更必将在21世纪全面担负起建设社会主义强国的历史使命。让我们发扬“五四”运动的爱国主义光荣传统,胸怀大局,勤奋学习,勇于实践,在改革大潮中锻炼出管理现代企业的硬功夫、真本领。
In the process of deepening reforms and promoting development, we have ushered in another May Fourth youth festival. We would like to extend our holiday congratulations to young managers from all walks of life on various fronts! The reform and opening up has provided a broad arena for the majority of young administrators and created a large number of youth management talents. Young managers have fully demonstrated their advantages of being at least conservative and full of creative spirit. They have made outstanding contributions to the management of well-managed enterprises. Today’s youth managers are the cross-century generation. They are currently shouldering the important task of implementing scientific management and establishing a modern enterprise system, and will certainly shoulder the historic mission of building a strong socialist country in the 21st century. Let us carry forward the glorious tradition of patriotism in the “May 4th Movement”, hold the overall situation, study diligently, and be bold in practice.
