本实验用原子吸收分光光度计测定了大鼠无菌性炎症(AI)发热时血清及丘脑下部组织铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)4种微量元素的含量。结果发现,发热高峰组动物血清Cu含量与对照组比较显著增加(P<0.05),Zn、Fe含量明显减少(P<0.01),Mg无明显变化;发热高峰组动物丘脑下部组织Cu、Zn含量与对照组比较显著增加(P<0.005,P<0.01),但Fe、Mg含量无明显变化。作者认为,大鼠AI发热时血清微量元素Cu、Zn含量与丘脑下部Cu、Zn含量变化无关。(r=0.214,r=-0.125)。血清Cu含量增加,Zn、Fe含量减少可能参与动物AI发热时的急性期反应,并与机体发热时的防御反应有关。
