合成了14种氨基酸衍生物,其中12种为手性化合物。采用固体粉末法定量测试了SHG(SecondHarmonicGeneration)活性,其中SHG活性最高达到尿素的19.8倍,初步研究了分子结构与SHG活性之间的关系。
A total of 14 amino acid derivatives were synthesized, of which 12 were chiral compounds. The SHG (SecondHarmonic Generation) activity was quantitatively measured by the solid powder method. The highest SHG activity reached 19.8 times that of urea, and the relationship between molecular structure and SHG activity was preliminary studied.
