学校教育以班级为基础,班级授课制是学校教育的基本形式,因此,作为“班集体灵魂”的班主任,在班级管理中的地位显得尤为突出。新课程的改革倡导学生主动参与,勤于动手,乐于探究,学会合作,培养学生搜集信息、分析问题和解决问题的能力,使每一个学生都能得到充分发展。通过几年的班级管理改革实践,我们发现创设与新课程改革相适应的班级管理环境,让每一个学生都参与班级管理,民主制班,有利于落实新课程改革的要求。作为班
School education is based on class. Class teaching is the basic form of school education. Therefore, as a class teacher of “class collective soul”, the status in class management is particularly prominent. The new curriculum reform advocates active participation of students, diligent, hands-on, willing to explore and learn to cooperate to develop students ability to collect information, analyze problems and solve problems, so that each student can be fully developed.
