Objective: To investigate the correlation between leptin, HbAlc, lipids, endocrine hormones and growth and development in simple obese children. Methods: Two hundred and sixty cases of simple obesity children undergoing physical examinations in the hospital were randomly selected as research group and 240 non-obese children as control group. Serum levels of Leptin, HbAlc, insulin (Insulin), growth hormone GH), cortisol and blood lipid levels. Results: The levels of Leptin, HbAlc, INS and cortisol in the study group were (26.62 ± 2.03) μg / L, (5.61 ± 0.82)%, (31.31 ± 2.71) mU / L and (17.90 ± 14.15) μg / (9.02 ± 1.22) μg / L, (4.42 ± 0.73)%, (15.72 ± 2.13) mU / L and (10.82 ± 1.02) μg / ml, respectively, while the GH level was (3.43 ± 0.21) ng / ml, significantly lower than the control group (10.82 ± 1.02) ng / ml, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the study group cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein ) Were (1.62 ± 0.32) mmol / L, (4.52 ± 0.32) mmol / L and (2.61 ± 0.31) mmol / L respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (0.85 ± 0.12 mmol / L, L and 1.72 ± 0.26 mmol / L, respectively, while the level of HLD-C was (1.41 ± 0.16) mmol / L, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (1.73 ± 0.21) mmol / L All were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Simple obesity in children is closely related to Leptin resistance, decreased secretion of growth hormone, dyslipidemia, dyslipidemia, and other factors, and is an important factor affecting the growth and development of children.
