选用老年小鼠和A1C13溶液制备的拟痴呆大鼠动物模型(DMR),研究脑忆清胶囊(NYQ)对实验动物记忆功能的影响及其作用机理。结果表明,DMR大脑皮层组织(Cer)中胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性比正常大鼠提高(P<0.01),而老年小鼠Cer中M-受体Rt值比正常青年小鼠降低(P<0.01),NYQ可显著降低实验动物Cer中AchE活性(P<0.05~0.01),增加M-受体Rt值(P<0.05~0.01)。提示NYQ可通过降低实验动物Cer中AchE活性,增加M-受体Rt值而明显提高记忆能力,对老年痴呆有一定的治疗作用。
The animal model of dementia (DMR) prepared by aged mice and A1C13 solution was used to study the effect of Naoyiqing capsule (NYQ) on the memory function of experimental animals and its mechanism of action. The results showed that the activity of cholinesterase (AchE) in Cerebral Cortical tissue (Cer) of DMR was higher than that of normal rats (P<0.01), but the M-receptor Rt value in Cer mice of aged mice was lower than that of normal young mice. (P<0.01) NYQ significantly decreased AchE activity in experimental animals Cer (P<0.05-0.01) and increased M-receptor Rt values (P<0.05-0.01). It is suggested that NYQ can significantly improve the memory ability by reducing the AchE activity in experimental animal Cer and increasing the M-receptor Rt value. It has a certain therapeutic effect on Alzheimer’s disease.
