目前,很多企业都将实施ERP当作企业实现“信息化”的目标。但企业在真正实施ERP的过程中,并不是一帆风顺的。在我国,ERP成功率不高已是一个不争的事实。统计资料显示,目前我国已经有2600多家企业应用ERP(含早期的MRP)系统,但效果并不理想。有些企业在ERP方面进行了巨额的软硬件投资及人力投资并没能给企业带来预期的管理效果,陷入了一种不断投入却无法得到合理产出的投资漩涡。因此,为了让更多的企业用户认识ERP、更深入地了解ERP,在本期的技术特写中,我们总结了政府官员、ERP生产厂商、具体进行ERP项目实施的咨询公司,以及用户的讨论发言,从ERP的发展现状、实施成功因素、以及未来发展方向等方面进行介绍,希望能对企业有所裨益。
