对织金低品位磷矿加入自制捕收剂(WF-02)进行了反浮选研究,采用分段加入捕收剂的方式,考察了捕收剂用量、抑制剂用量、磨矿细度、矿浆浓度、浮选时间对P2O5品位和回收率的影响。试验结果表明:在WF-02用量为1.0kg/t矿,磷酸用量为10kg/t矿,矿浆浓度为35%,磨矿细度-0.074mm占89%,浮选时间9min的条件下,磷精矿的P2O5品位可从原矿的21.90%增加到33.19%,回收率达到89.89%,获得了较好的浮选效果。
The anti-flotation study was carried out on adding homemade collector (WF-02) to low-grade gold phosphate ore.
