为了顺应大学英语教学改革的要求,丰富独立学院大学英语教学改革的经验,研究从《教学要求》和教学实践出发,提出形成性评估之于独立学院大学英语课程教学效果评价体系的构建非常必要,可采用课堂考查、课外考查和目标评估等形成性评估形式,应用自评、互评、他评等形成性评估模式,与传统的终结性评估相结合,用以评价独立学院大学英语课程的教学效果,从而构建起适合独立学院大学英语课程的教学效果评价体系。
