普通高校常规教育通常以课堂教学为主,我国现行各普通高校在人才培养方案的制定会依据教育部有关规定,重视学生课外实训,着力强调第二课堂,培养方案制定时明确要求除了专门理论教学之外实验课程学时应不低于总学时的百分之二十五,有的专业甚至超过百分三十,目的是培养学生的实际运用能力。按照指导意见修订人才培养方案,从培养方案设计的理论上看,实践教学环节的设定在整个人才培养总课时中所占比例并不算低,学生有相对充沛的课量完成将理论转换为实践的过程,实际生活中我们发现大量毕业生与用人单位招聘难形成供需间的尴尬。我认为除了课程知识更新慢之外,在人才培养环节上也出现了一定的问题,结合自己专业课的教学及学生学习效果的反馈,我进行了实践为先,理论指导实践的反向式教学的大胆构想。
