目前我国中小企业在市场运作的过程中还存在很多问题,使得他们在应对市场的挑战的时候处在极其严峻的形势,因此,如何结合自身的特点与优势,制定出一套适合自身企业的,符合市场经济发展需求的市场营销策略,是我国中小企业急需解决的问题。本文就我国中小企业市场营销中存在的问题进行分析,并提出有效的中小企业的市场营销策略,以期为我国的中小企业的发展提供参考,从而优化市场营销策略,提升其在市场中的竞争力,以此来解决发展中所遇到的一些问题以及应对日益激烈的市场竞争与挑战,实现中小企业健康、稳定、可持续的发展。
At present, there are still many problems in the process of market operation in China’s small and medium-sized enterprises, making them in an extremely harsh situation when they are facing the challenges of the market. Therefore, how to combine their own characteristics and advantages to formulate a set of suitable enterprises, In line with the needs of the development of market economy marketing strategy is the urgent need for SMEs in our country to solve the problem. This article analyzes the existing problems in the marketing of SMEs in China and puts forward effective marketing strategies for SMEs in order to provide reference for the development of SMEs in China so as to optimize the marketing strategies and enhance their competitiveness in the market. In order to solve some problems encountered in the development and to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition and challenges so as to realize the sound, stable and sustainable development of SMEs.
