调查研究是我们了解社会的重要途径,而调查结论则是我们赖以做决策、出谋略的重要依据。可是,我们辛辛苦苦调查而得来的结论,有时却不够准确,甚而掩盖或歪曲了事实的真相、如若以此错误结论制订方略决策,必会使我们的事业误入歧途,蒙受巨大损失,甚至断送事业的前程。 调查结论有时准确,有时失误,这就是调查结论的或然性。造成调查结论或然或必然的原因是什么呢?怎样才能变或然为必然,从而减少我们的工作失误呢?本文试从这两方面谈谈自己粗浅的看法。
Investigation and study are important ways for us to understand the society. The conclusion of the investigation is an important basis on which we make decisions and give out strategies. However, the conclusions we have drawn from hard investigations are sometimes not accurate enough to cover up or distort the facts. If we make such strategic decisions based on this erroneous conclusion, our cause will astray and suffer enormous losses. Even cut off the cause of the future. The conclusions are sometimes accurate, sometimes mistakes, and this is the probability of the conclusion of the investigation. What is the cause of the investigation conclusion, of course, or inevitable? How can we become inevitable, so as to reduce the mistakes we make in our work? This article tries to talk about our superficial opinions from these two aspects.
