一、训练中的常见问题中长跑项目学生经常会面临这样的问题:训练疲劳导致学习时精力不集中,学习效率不高,而学习时间的延长又会使训练受到耽误;而且大量的训练消耗过多的营养,又不能及时地均衡补充,造成身体的生理状况受到影响。因此,训练与学习,训练与身体间的矛盾如何解决,是多数学生及教练员们最为关心的问题。此外,运动成绩能否有效地提高,如何保持体育生的最佳运动状态等问题也是师生们共同关心的问题。
