每年六一儿童节是孩子们的节日,他们无忧无虑快乐玩耍和学习,可是对于高三的学子们来说,六月一号意味着人生最重要的战役就要打响了。他们在反思自己这么多年的学习,作为给他们传道、授业、解惑且在这关键时刻陪伴他们的老师,我们也在不断地进行以下方面的反思:一、起点过高的反思教学中有一个关键环节是教师要找准教学出发点。教师必须清楚学生现有的认知结构,知道学生已经掌握了哪些知识,那些方面还有待于提高,进而去启发引导学生,让他们在掌握已有知识的基础
