腐败犯罪一直是我国经济发展的毒瘤。处于社会转型期,众多犯罪类型中的腐败犯罪很大程度上阻碍我国社会的发展和进步。十八大以来,国际和国内对我国反腐进程高度关注。反腐一直都是民众关注的热点话题。本文从犯罪社会学的角度对当前社会转型期的腐败犯罪成因进行剖析,并且提出了一些治理方案。
Corruption crimes have always been the tumor of our country’s economic development. In the period of social transformation, the crimes of corruption in many criminal types have greatly hindered the development and progress of our society. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, both the international and the domestic governments have given high attention to the anti-corruption process in our country. Anti-corruption has always been a hot topic of public concern. This article analyzes the causes of corruption crime in the current social transitional period from the perspective of criminal sociology, and puts forward some solutions.
