本文用放射免疫测定法调查了155名优秀运动员的血清睾酮水平,认为血清睾酮值将成为力量型运动员选材的一个重要参数。同时对血清睾酮放射免疫测定试验方法、质量控制,及唾液睾酮放射免疫测定法作了初步探讨。
In this paper, the radioimmunoassay of 155 outstanding athletes serum testosterone levels, that serum testosterone values will become an important parameter for the selection of strength athletes. At the same time, the test method of serum testosterone radioimmunoassay, quality control and radioimmunoassay of salivary testosterone were preliminarily discussed.
