针对苏里格气田低压、低渗气藏的特点,以及常规压裂压后液体返排困难,储层水伤害严重的问题,研究利用CO2压裂技术提高压裂液返排效果,减少储层伤害。有针对性地研究了CO2压裂工艺的原理、压裂优化设计技术及压裂配套工艺等。该技术在长庆油田苏里格气田的现场应用表明,应用CO2压裂技术降低了压裂液对气层的伤害,提高了气井单井产量和压裂效果。
In view of the characteristics of low pressure and low permeability gas reservoirs in Sulige gas field and the difficulties of back flow of liquid after conventional fracturing pressure and the serious damage of water damage in reservoirs, this paper studies the use of CO2 fracturing technology to improve the effect of fracturing fluid return and reduce the reservoir hurt. The principle of CO2 fracturing process, optimized fracturing design technology and fracturing technology are studied in a targeted manner. The field application of this technology in the Sulige gas field of Changqing Oilfield shows that the application of CO2 fracturing technology reduces the damage of the gas layer by the fracturing fluid and improves the single well output and fracturing effect of the gas well.
