常利企业有限公司是江苏省常州市第一家中外合资企业。1984年常州机电厂拿出一个车间与香港的好利来公司合资生产机电零部件,这家仅有200多人的小企业,在1990年度市场疲软的困境中,依靠优质产品和优质服务创造了销焦收入2158.5万元,税收98万元、出口创汇102万美元、利润112万元的好成绩。他们的成功经验是: 一、以市场为导向,全力组织生产,适应用户需求的变化。 1990年国内市场疲软、多变。用户订货品种多、数量少、批次多、变化大。公司为满足市场需求,款式不断更新,适时安排小批量试生产,以满足用户的需求,取得了用户的信赖,为批量生产奠定了基础。四季度市场逐日转旺,新产品投放市场后,反应良好,用户急于成批生产以占领市场,所以订货紧、要货急,公司针对这一情况,统一思想,全力以赴,满足用户需要,及时抓住了旺销势头,经济效益明显好转。二、积极开发新产品、开拓新客户,为企州生产积聚后劲。 Changli Enterprise Co., Ltd. is the first Sino-foreign joint venture in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. In 1984, Changzhou Machine Power Plant took a workshop and a joint venture with Hong Kong’s Hollyland to produce electromechanical parts. This small company with more than 200 people relied on high quality products and excellent service to create a pinch in the 1990 market. Income of 21.585 million yuan, tax revenue of 980,000 yuan, export earnings of 1.02 million US dollars, and profits of 1.12 million yuan. Their successful experience is: First, market-oriented, fully organized production, to adapt to changes in user needs. In 1990, the domestic market was weak and volatile. Users have many orders, fewer quantities, lots of batches, and large changes. In order to meet the needs of the market, the company constantly updates its styles and arranges trial production in small batches in time to meet the needs of users. It has gained the trust of users and laid the foundation for mass production. In the fourth quarter, the market became more and more prosperous. After the new products were put on the market, they responded well. Users were eager to mass-produce to occupy the market. Therefore, tight orders and urgent shipments were required. The company unified the thinking and went all out to meet the needs of users. Timely seize the momentum of strong sales, economic benefits improved significantly. Second, actively develop new products, develop new customers, and accumulate stamina for the production of enterprises in Qizhou.
