Energy security is one of the foundations for developing the national economy and safeguarding national security. It is also a major strategic issue that restricts the sustainable development of society and the peace and stability of the country. Speeding up the development of nuclear energy and renewable energy is an effective way to improve energy structure and ensure energy security. The overall strategy for the development of nuclear energy in our country is “pressurized water reactor, fast reactor, fusion reactor.” The fast reactor is an advanced nuclear reactor developed after PWR. 21 fast reactors have been built in the world and there are about 350 reactor fast reactor operation experiences.
