目的:探讨自然界内郑州中华按蚊种群数量变动规律。方法:在自然界内用自创的实验筒、实验网和接 近自然状况的大实验笼等工具,定点定量调查研究。结果:求出成蚊前期发育历期:7月份为 14.17 d,8月份为 13.32 d;存活率:7月份为77.53%,8月份为 85.18%;生殖营养周期:7月份为 2.48 d,8月份为 2.49 d;产卵规律:该 蚊多数在夜间产卵,产卵高峰出现在黄昏后和黎明前;平均产卵量:7月份为167粒,8月份为121粒;平均成蚊寿 命:7月份为3.93d,8月份为6.23d。结论:郑州中华按蚊在当地6月下旬和8月下旬各出现一次密度高峰,自然种 群数量大,传疟潜势高。
Objective: To explore the variation of population of Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou. Methods: In the nature of the use of their own experimental tube, experimental network and close to the natural conditions of large experimental cage and other tools, fixed-point quantitative research. Results: The developmental period of pre-adult mosquitoes was obtained: 14.17 days in July and 13.32 days in August. The survival rate was 77.53% in July and 85.18% in August. Reproductive nutrition cycle: 2.48 d in July and 2.49 d in August. The law of oviposition: Most of the mosquitoes lay eggs at night, the spawning peak appeared after dusk and before dawn; the average number of eggs laid was 167 in July, 121 in August; the average adult life expectancy: 3.93d in July, 6.23d in August. Conclusion: Anopheles sinensis has a density peak in late June and late August every year, with a large natural population and high transmission potential of malaria.
