1990年11月9日至10日,武汉煤炭设计研究院与肥城矿务局合作,在该局陶阳煤矿-350m水平小槽石门成功地进行了我国首次4-5MPa防水闸门及硐室的工业性试验,达到了预期的目的。试验最大压强达到5MPa,并在4.2-4.3MPa时稳压24小时零4分。同时,还测取了4.5MPa压力时的门扇、门框及硐室场内的应力;测得了稳压期间的漏水量数据,满足了生产和科研的需要。 5MPa防水闸门硐室工业性试验是武汉院在关于防水闸门硐室计算理论的试验研究中,继已进行的光弹性试验、相同材料模拟试验之后又一次重要试验。其目的是检验和完善防水闸门硐室的设计理论,探讨合理的结构形式。
