目的了解珠宝加工企业生产过程中苯作业环境对工人健康的危害以及实行干预措施后的效果。方法对企业作业环境空气中苯系物浓度进行检测,对工人进行职业健康检查,并实施了干预措施。结果作业场所空气中苯浓度干预前合格率为20%,干预后为100%;作业工人的自觉症状和体征(头痛、头昏、失眠、食欲减退、皮肤损害、出血倾向等)在干预后有不同程度的改善,在干预前女工月经异常(经期延长、经量增多和周期紊乱)的情况干预后也得到改善。作业工人血常规检查方面,干预前工人WBC、Hb和PLT下降的发生率均明显高于干预后。干预前后的检查结果差异有统计学意义。结论对珠宝加工企业实施干预措施后,作业场所空气中苯浓度下降至容许范围内,工人健康情况比干预前得到明显改善。
Objective To understand the harm to the workers’ health caused by the benzene environment and the effect of the interventions in the production process of the jewelry processing enterprises. Methods The concentrations of benzene compounds in the air of the enterprise working environment were detected, occupational health examination was conducted on workers, and intervention measures were implemented. Results The benzene concentration in the workplace was 20% before the intervention and 100% after the intervention. The symptoms and signs of workers (headache, dizziness, insomnia, loss of appetite, skin damage, bleeding tendency, etc.) To some extent, improvements were also observed after intervention with the intervention of pre-intervention women with abnormal menstruation (prolonged menstrual flow, increased volume, and periodic disturbances). In terms of routine blood tests, the incidence of WBC, Hb and PLT declines in workers before intervention was significantly higher than that after intervention. The difference of the test results before and after the intervention was statistically significant. Conclusion After the interventions were implemented on the jewelry processing enterprises, the benzene concentration in the air of the work place dropped to the allowable range, and the health condition of the workers was significantly improved than before.
