提高普通高校女生排球运动水平,增强其体能、技能,改进排球课教学效果,关键在于教学方法、手段的不断更新。本文总结多年教学经验,结合教学实际情况,运用文献资料法、比较法、专家访谈法等研究方法对所教授的学生采用“分组”教学法进行实验研究,目的找出更有效的提高女生教学效果、充分发挥学生的主体性的方法,为排球教学改革提出有效的建议和措施。
