师徒制,是一个传统的学习方式,几百年来为各行各业所广泛运用。即老师带领学生进行学习、工作、生活,使学生更好、更快地融入工作当中的一种学习模式。近年来,很多企业,中高职院校在改革过程中,为了迅速有效地培养高技能、实用型人才,逐渐恢复了师徒制模式,甚至在一些并不适合师徒制的专业滥用了这种模式。本文认真总结了中职师徒制教学模式的现状,深入分析了这种模式对于中职人才培养的利与弊,并就“如何理性的在中职教学中运用师徒制教学模式”作出了自己的探讨。
