柔韧训练对提高专业田径短跑成绩有着非常重要的影响,合理的柔韧训练方法可以提高运动员的积极性、促进肢体协调能力提高,有助于肌肉均衡发展,对运动员自身的健康锻炼非常有意义。只有运动员身心素质得到良好的锻炼,在田径短跑中才会更好地发挥自身潜能,获得优异成绩。本文首先阐述了柔韧训练对提高专业田径短跑成绩的意义,其次对柔韧训练基本方法、练习手段以及需要注意的几点问题展开分析。
Flexible training plays a very important role in improving the performance of professional track and field sprint. The reasonable and flexible training method can improve the enthusiasm of athletes, improve the coordination ability of limbs, contribute to the balanced development of the muscles and make great sense to the athletes’ healthy exercise. Only the physical and mental quality of athletes get a good exercise, in the track and field sprint will be better to play their potential, with excellent results. This article first expounds the significance of flexible training to improve professional track and field sprint performance, followed by analysis of the basic methods of flexible training, practice methods and the need to pay attention to some of the problems.
