针对高速机床工作过程中滚珠丝杠进给系统的发热及热变形问题,基于传热学理论,建立了中空冷却滚珠丝杠传动过程中温度场和热变形的数学模型,并通过有限元仿真模拟和丝杠冷却模拟运行试验对该模型进行验证。结果表明,随着丝杠转速的提高和运行时间的增加,丝杠温升和热变形先是逐渐增大,然后趋于一个稳定值。
Aiming at the heat generation and thermal deformation of the ball screw feed system during high-speed machine tool working, a mathematical model of the temperature field and thermal deformation in the process of hollow cooling ball screw drive was established based on the heat transfer theory.
