为了研究X100高钢级管线钢管在真实工况下生命周期内的完整性,ENI集团起动了TAP(Trasporto Gas Alta Pressione)项目,目的在于确认使用新开发的X100钢所制造的高压力管线的经济可行性、技术可靠性以及可施工性是否满足要求。简要介绍了TAP项目的概况和新开发的X100钢板的制造。重点分析了用新开发的X100钢板所制造的钢管的性能,以及涂敷热处理对钢管性能的影响,结果表明,涂敷热处理会导致钢管横向和纵向拉伸性能有所变化。最后,简要介绍了止裂器的制造及应用。
To study the life-cycle integrity of X100 high-grade pipeline steel under real operating conditions, ENI started the TAP (Trasporto Gas Alta Pressione) project to confirm the economy of high-pressure lines manufactured with the newly developed X100 steel Feasibility, technical reliability and workability meet the requirements. A brief overview of the TAP project and the development of a newly developed X100 steel sheet are provided. Emphatically analyzed the performance of the pipe made with the newly developed X100 steel plate and the effect of the coating heat treatment on the performance of the pipe. The results show that the coating heat treatment will lead to the change of the transverse and longitudinal tensile properties of the pipe. Finally, the article briefly introduces the manufacture and application of stoppers.
