压力角是直齿圆锥齿轮最基本计算参数,在直齿圆锥齿轮加工过程中能否实现齿廓曲面各点压力角准确是保证直齿圆锥齿轮加工精度和传动稳定性的重要指标。本文在给出直齿圆锥齿轮齿面数学模型基础上,利用三维坐标测量仪进行了齿面多点测量,通过最小二乘法分析计算,得到了直齿圆锥齿轮的压力角加工误差。提出了一种用三维坐标测量仪测量直齿圆锥齿轮齿面参数的方法,并可以在直齿圆锥齿轮加工中对加工参数进行修正,提高加工精度。
Pressure angle is the most basic calculation parameters of spur bevel gear. It is an important index to ensure the accuracy and transmission stability of spur bevel gear in the process of spur bevel gear machining that whether the pressure angle at each point of profile surface is accurate. Based on the mathematical model of tooth surface of spur bevel gear, the multi-point measurement of tooth surface was carried out by 3D coordinate measuring instrument, and the error of machining pressure angle of spur bevel gear was obtained by the least square method. A method of measuring the tooth flank parameters of spur bevel gear with 3D coordinate measuring instrument is proposed. The machining parameters can be corrected in the machining of spur bevel gear to improve the machining accuracy.
