目的建立微波消解-氢化物发生原子荧光法测定紫薯中硒含量的方法。方法以微波消解对样品进行前处理,对微波消解参数、仪器条件、还原剂浓度、载流浓度、反应时间等试验条件进行了研究和优化;在最佳条件下,采用原子荧光法测定紫薯中硒的含量。结果硒标准曲线的回归方程为y=109.39x-7.31,此方法的检测限为0.22μg/L,在0.50μg/L~25.00μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,相对标准偏差<5%。结论经试验证明,该方法应用于紫薯中硒的测定,硒含量在0.011 mg/kg~0.041 mg/kg之间,加标回收率为92.5%~102.5%,方法具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,操作简便而快速,可应用于紫薯中硒的测定,结果令人满意,可适合于基层实验室推广应用。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of selenium in purple sweet potato by microwave digestion-hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
