从山西神池山区采集到 30个番茄叶霉病菌 [Fulviafulva (Cooke)Ciferri]菌株 ,测得对多菌灵 (MBC)EC50的平均值为 0 0 978μg/mL ,最低抑制生长浓度 (MIC)值为 0 5 μg/mL。该区从未用过MBC ,以其EC50 的平均值定为敏感基线。从其它六个地区数十个县市采集分离得到 347个菌株 ,并测定了对MBC的敏感性。有 30 1个菌株属于抗性菌株 ,占总数的 86 7% ,并且 95 %以上的菌株EC50 >10 0 0 μg/mL。晋南和晋北地区的抗性频率最高 ,分别达到97 6 %和 10 0 % ;太原和吕梁地区相对低 ,但也分别达到 74 4 %和 79 6 %。抗性菌株经过多代无药培养后抗性程度没有明显变化。
Thirty (30) Fulvia fulva (Cooke) Ciferri strains were collected from the Shenchi mountainous area in Shanxi. The average EC50 value of MBC was 0 0 978μg / mL. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 0 5 μg / mL. MBC has never been used in this area and is set as a sensitive baseline with the average of its EC50. 347 strains were collected from dozens of counties in six other regions and the sensitivity to MBC was determined. There were 30 1 strains belonging to the resistant strains, accounting for 86.7% of the total, and more than 95% of the strains having EC50> 10 0 0 μg / mL. The resistance frequency was the highest in Jinnan and Jinbei areas, reaching 97.6% and 100% respectively, while the areas of Taiyuan and Luliang were relatively low, but reached 74.4% and 79.6% respectively. The resistance of the resistant strains did not change significantly after several generations of drug-free culture.
