用轴向游隙来控制径向游隙,若按换算关系式来确定,其结果并不能保证径向游隙的合格率。现采用最小二乘法来确定,通过生产实践验证,取得了良好效果。 随机抽取轴承试样(以204轴承为例),用最小二乘法确定经验回归方程为y=-2.43+0.133x。由y落在y±2S_y的概率关系得轴向游隙值的控制式为x_1=1/b[y_1-(a-2S_y)],x_2=1/b[y_2-(a+2S_y)]。查JB2351径向游隙标准y_1、y_2,便可确定轴向游隙控制范围x_1、x_2的值。表1个。
