本文运用马克思主义地理学尺度政治分析方法,对?人民的名义?中的大风厂事件进行深入分析,对其他公共事件的解读提供借鉴。根据影响的尺度特征,将该事件分为前期和后期两个阶段,前期为市级尺度,后期为省级尺度。得出的主要结论:1.中国老百姓作为弱势方,尺度上推行为缺乏支持和保护,法律意识淡薄;2.我国司法体系不够完善,对于社会纠纷的解决不够公正;3.我国地方政府的控制力太强,在尺度政治中的立场不坚定;4.网络和主流媒体作为第三方,具有优势和不足。提出的主要对策:1.成立更多的第三方NGO组织;2.引导群众合法、高效维权;3.加强网络媒体管理,健全群众利益表达机制;4.政府要与地方企业保持距离,畅通民意表达渠道,减少决策失误;5.建立健全独立司法体制。
Based on the Marxist geography-scale political analysis method, this article makes an in-depth analysis of the events of the Great Wind Factory in the name of the people and provides references for the interpretation of other public events. According to the scale characteristics of the impact, the incident is divided into two stages: pre-stage and post-stage. The first stage is municipal scale and the later is provincial scale. The main conclusions drawn from this study are as follows: 1. As a weak party and standard, the common people in China are lack of support and protection, with weak legal consciousness; 2. The judicial system of our country is not perfect and the solution to social disputes is not fair enough; 3. The control of local government in our country The power is too strong, and the position in the standard politics is not firm. 4. The network and the mainstream media have advantages and disadvantages as third parties. Proposed major countermeasures: 1. To set up more third-party NGO organizations; 2. To guide the masses to legal and efficient rights protection; 3. To strengthen the online media management and improve the public interest expression mechanism; 4. The government should keep distance with local enterprises and smooth public opinion 5. Express channels to reduce mistakes in decision-making; 5. Establish and improve an independent judiciary.
