豇豆具有营养价值高,食用方法多样等优点,是我省城乡人民普遍喜爱的一种蔬菜,尤其对解决8、9月蔬菜淡季供应起着更重要作用。目前我省生产上应用的主要品种红嘴燕,由于种性逐年退化,花叶病毒严重,而致豆荚产量和质量均不断下降,商品价值低;另一品种柳条青亦多混杂,产量不高。因此生产上急需一个高产、优质、抗病性强的新品种。浙江农科院于1977~1980年用红嘴燕和杭州青皮豇豆杂交,经过7代系谱选育,育成豇豆新品种之豇28~2,1981年在浙江省开始推广。我所于1982年引入,1982~1984年除对有关性状进行调查观察外,在省內先后进行品比试验、区域试验和生产试验。

Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1977 to 1980 with red mouth swallow and Hangzhou green pea cowpea, after seven generations of pedigree breeding, bred cowpea new varieties of cowpea 28 ~ 2, 1981 in Zhejiang Province began to promote. I was introduced in 1982, from 1982 to 1984 in addition to the investigation of the relevant traits, the province has conducted the ratio test, regional test and production test.
