就目前社会发展来看,现在很多小学生在家里就像公主和王子一样被父母宠爱着,有的更是爷爷奶奶手中的宝贝。因此,大多数的小学生没有经历过一点挫折,面对挫折时的应对能力也就不想而知了。面对着社会的发展和小学生的成长,挫折是他们人生道路上必须要面对的一个问题,如果小学生没有基本的抗挫折能力,那么将来他们很难适应社会的发展。体育课程在学生的抗挫力培养方面具有很大优势,因此,体育教师在教学过程中,充分发挥体育课程的优势,培养学生应对挫折的能力。本文通过结合体育教学的实践活动和小学生的阶段特点,对培养小学生的抗挫折能力进行探讨分析,促进学生健康、全面的发展。
As far as the present social development is concerned, many primary school children are now spoiled by their parents as princesses and princesses in the family. Some are even more precious ones in the hands of grandparents. Therefore, most of the pupils do not experience any setbacks and do not want to know how to deal with their setbacks. Faced with the development of society and the growth of pupils, frustration is a problem they must face on their path of life. If pupils do not have basic anti-frustration ability, they will have difficulty in adapting to social development in the future. Physical education curriculum has a great advantage in the training of students’ resistance to frustration. Therefore, in the process of teaching, physical education teachers should give full play to the advantages of physical education curriculum and develop their ability to deal with setbacks. By combining the practice of PE teaching and the characteristics of primary school students, this paper explores and analyzes the ability of primary school students to fight against setbacks, and promotes the healthy and comprehensive development of students.
