本文在阐述学术研究的重要意义的基础上,探讨学术期刊在发展科技和高教事业中的地位和作用,讨论高校学报改革搞活的途径。文中指出,学术期刊是国家统一领导和管理的刊物,学报作为国家学术期刊之一,它不仅是反映院校学术水平的橱窗,更是反映国家教育、科研状况的窗口。因此,办好学术期刊既是一项研究课题,更是高等院校的一项重要建设任务。
Based on the significance of academic research, this paper discusses the status and role of academic journals in developing science and technology and higher education, and discusses ways to reform and revitalize journals in colleges and universities. The article points out that academic journals are the national unified leadership and management publications. Journals, as one of the national academic journals, are not only windows that reflect the academic level of colleges and universities, but also reflect the state of education and research in the country. Therefore, running academic journals is not only a research topic, but also an important task of higher education institutions.
