目的:建立女贞子中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用毛细管区带电泳,高频电导检测;未涂层弹性融硅石英毛细管柱(55 cm×75μm ID);1.2 mmol/L三乙胺-HCl(pH=10.60),0.08 mmol/Lβ-环糊精为运行缓冲液;分离电压12.5 kV;重力进样10s(高度20 cm)。结果:以布洛芬为内标,齐墩果酸、熊果酸线性范围分别为4.1~114.8μg/mL(r=0.9995)和4.3~120.4μg/mL(r=0.9996);平均回收率分别为95.9%和97.1%。结论:该法简便、准确、快速、重现性好,可用于女贞子药材中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish the method for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Ligustrum lucidum. Methods: The capillary zone electrophoresis and high-frequency conductance detection were used. The uncoated fused silica capillary column (55 cm × 75 μm ID), 1.2 mmol / L Triethylamine-HCl (pH = 10.60) and 0.08 mmol / Cyclodextrin is running buffer; separation voltage 12.5 kV; gravity injection 10s (height 20 cm). Results: The linear range of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid was 4.1-114.8μg / mL (r = 0.9995) and 4.3-120.4μg / mL (r = 0.9996) with ibuprofen as internal standard. The average recoveries were 95.9% and 97.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, rapid, reproducible, and can be used for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi.
