前言植株组织养分含量的分析反映了作物的营养状况,有助于指导施肥建议的制定。解释这种分析结果的标准方法,是把测出的含量与适于特定作物和取样方法制定的参比值(临界值或适宜范围)进行比较。所测的养分含量若低于参比值则可能导致作物生长量、产量或品质的下降。Ulrich等(1973)认为这些标准方法一次只能鉴定一种元素的缺乏,而未能量度出养分的平衡状况,而且还要受如采样部位、株龄等变化的影响。
Introduction The analysis of plant tissue nutrient content reflects the nutritional status of crops and helps to guide the development of fertilization recommendations. The standard way to interpret this analytical result is to compare the measured content with a reference value (cut-off value or suitable range) that is tailored to the particular crop and sampling method. A measured nutrient content below a reference value may result in a decrease in crop growth, yield or quality. Ulrich et al. (1973) argue that these standard methods can only identify the lack of one element at a time, failing to measure the balance of the nutrient, but also by changes in the sampling site, age, etc.
