人力资源是可持续的核心竞争力的来源,它是很多物质资源不能比较并且无法替代的一种资源。当前,如何高效地完成管理工作中的行政思路,运用好人力资源,成为医院管理中的主要任务。医院改革经过实践证明,当前要想在激烈的市场中占据竞争上的优势,医院的战略资源必须包括人力资源,人力资源是不可或缺的,并且人力资源要进行有效的开发、管理和运用。医院的行政管理能力提高,才能更好地适应当今社会的发展趋势,并更好地为社会和人民服务。
Human resources are the source of sustainable core competitiveness. It is a resource that many material resources can not compare with and can not replace. At present, how to efficiently accomplish the administrative thinking in management and make good use of human resources have become the major tasks in hospital management. Hospital reform has proved that, in order to occupy a competitive advantage in the fierce market, the hospital’s strategic resources must include human resources, human resources are indispensable, and human resources must be effectively developed, managed and used. In order to better adapt to the development trend of today’s society and to better serve the society and the people, the improvement of the administrative capacity of the hospital can make it better.
