目的了解本区食品从业人员的乙肝病毒感染情况,为乙肝防治提供科学依据。方法选取2011年8月至2014年8月在我院进行健康体检的食品从业人员18267名作为研究对象,对其体检资料进行收集、整理、分类,并把食品行业人员乙肝表面抗原的阳性检出情况作为观察组,把全国的乙肝病毒感染情况作为对照组,比较两组乙肝表面抗原的阳性检出率并进行描述性分析。结果本次累计检测食品从业人员18267名,其中乙肝表面抗原(HBs Ag)阳性646名,总阳性率为3.5%,明显低于全国平均阳性检出率4.1%,观察组阳性检出率从2010年8月至2014年7月由高到低依次为4.1%>3.7%>3.3%>2.8%,呈逐年下降趋势,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食品从业人员乙肝病毒感染状况不严重,感染率明显低于全国平均水平,且呈逐年下降趋势,说明每年均加强对食品从业人员的预防性健康体检,对保障人员的身体健康极为重要。
Objective To understand the situation of hepatitis B virus infection among food workers in this area and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of hepatitis B. Methods 18267 food practitioners who took physical examination in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2014 were selected as the research object, the physical examination data were collected, sorted and classified, and the positive detection of hepatitis B surface antigen in the food industry The situation as an observation group, the hepatitis B virus infection in the country as a control group, comparing the two positive detection rate of hepatitis B surface antigen and descriptive analysis. Results A total of 18,267 food-testing workers were identified, of which 646 were HBsAg-positive, with a total positive rate of 3.5%, significantly lower than the national average of 4.1%. Conclusions Hepatitis B virus infection is not serious in food practitioners. The infection rate is obviously lower than the national average, and shows a declining trend year by year. This shows that preventive health examination of food practitioners is strengthened every year, which is very important for ensuring the health of the staff.
