为研究水电站压力钢岔管声发射衰减特性及修正声发射定位源幅度,综合考虑声发射信号的三个主要衰减因素,提出了一个适合不同波型的声发射信号声压与传输距离间的表达式;建立了不考虑扩散衰减的线性拟合模型以及考虑扩散衰减的自定义非线性拟合模型;给出了声发射定位源的幅度修正方法,并以新疆某钢岔管水压试验验证了模型的准确性。结果表明,考虑扩散衰减的自定义非线性拟合模型幅度—距离衰减曲线拟合最为理想;幅度修正曲线简便准确。研究结果为类似结构钢岔管声发射衰减特性测试提供了参考。
In order to study the acoustic emission attenuation characteristics of pressure steel bifurcation and the correction of the amplitude of acoustic emission locating source, considering the three main attenuation factors of acoustic emission signal, a new expression of acoustic emission pressure and transmission distance for acoustic emission signals of different wave modes A linear fitting model without considering dispersion attenuation and a self-defined nonlinear fitting model considering diffusion attenuation are established. A method of amplitude correction of acoustic emission positioning source is given. The hydraulic pressure test of a steel bifurcation in Xinjiang is given The accuracy of the model. The results show that the amplitude-distance attenuation curve fitting of the self-defined nonlinear fitting model considering diffusion attenuation is the most ideal; the amplitude correction curve is simple and accurate. The results provide a reference for testing the acoustic emission attenuation characteristics of similar structural steel bifurcated pipes.
