固有频率和动刚度是影响罐道钢丝绳振动特性的两个重要因素。以1 500 m深矿井罐道钢丝绳为研究对象,对罐道钢丝绳振动特性进行了有限元仿真分析。首先对模型进行带预应力的模态仿真,提取罐道钢丝绳模型前5阶振动的固有频率,研究了罐道钢丝绳振动的固有频率随罐道钢丝绳张紧力以及长度的变化规律;并对模型进行谐响应分析,得到了罐道钢丝绳的动刚度随动载荷频率的变化规律。仿真结果对减小罐道钢丝绳和提升容器的摆动具有一定的参考价值。
The natural frequencies and dynamic stiffness are two important factors that affect the vibration characteristics of the cannon wire rope. Taking the 1 500 m deep mine can-well steel wire ropes as the research object, the vibration characteristics of cantilever steel wire ropes were simulated by finite element method. Firstly, the model was modeled with prestress and the natural frequency of the first five steps of the rope model was extracted. The variation of the natural frequency of tank rope vibration with the tension and the length of the rope was studied. Harmonic response analysis was carried out, and the dynamic regularity of the dynamic stiffness of cannon ropes was obtained. The simulation results have certain reference value to reduce the cannon wire rope and to enhance the swing of the container.
