去年初,一个偶然的机会,我拜读了一份《乡镇论坛》,一口气从头至尾看下来,觉得很合口胃,很解渴。我为什么这么喜爱《乡镇论坛》呢?因为它是指导工作的好顾问,村民自治的好帮手,干群团结的好纽带,领导决策的好参谋。在《乡镇论坛》这个“特殊顾问”的帮助指导下,我们探索出一些乡镇工作的好做法,分别被省、市、县推广。村级组织建设使出“六招”:一是“选”,采取民主推荐、公开竞争、组织选拔等形式,真正把农村的优秀人才选拔充实到村级干部队伍中来,建立健全了村级组织,同时选拔了116名35岁以下的后备干部,建档立卡,重点培养,解决了农村干部后继乏人问题。
