随着社会的发展,数字图书馆的建设也已经迈向大发展,而目前,我国的数字图书馆建设涉及知识产权的问题比较严重,这使很多不熟悉知识产权著作权法的当事人盲目的进入知识产权保护区,为数字图书馆建设的发展带来了严重打击,降低了很多人的创业机会,因此,在社会经济发展的同时,要注重我国文化、政治和法律的学习,更要加强对知识产权的认知。
