以乙烯为探针分子,采用TPSR手段研究催化剂担体对乙烯二次反应的影响。结果表明,担体的性质差异导致不同类型的乙烯二次反应,从而将直接影响到烯烃选择性。结合催化剂CO加氢反应结果及催化剂表面CO/H_2-TPSR、C_2H_4/H_2脉冲反应表征,发现担体的碱性促使乙烯歧化生成甲烷和丙烯,而担体的酸性促使乙烯歧化的同时,存在强烈的丙烯加氢作用,从而促进乙烯歧化,导致烯烃选择性大幅度下降,因而酸性担体不利于烯烃生成。
Using ethylene as probe molecule, TPSR was used to study the effect of catalyst support on ethylene secondary reaction. The results show that the different nature of the support leads to different types of ethylene secondary reactions, which will directly affect the olefin selectivity. Combining the results of CO hydrogenation reaction and CO_2-H_2-TPSR and C_2H_4 / H_2 pulse reaction on catalyst surface, it was found that the basicity of the support promoted the disproportionation of ethylene to methane and propylene, while the acidity of the support promoted the disproportionation of ethylene. At the same time, Hydrogenation, thereby promoting the disproportionation of ethylene, resulting in a substantial decrease in the selectivity of olefins, acidic support is not conducive to olefin production.
