用4种提取方法对痤疮宝口服液工艺进行研究，对主药黄芩和栀子的有效成分黄芩甙和栀子甙进行含量测定比较。结果根据不同提取工艺2种成份总量顺序为：水煎调pH值保温提取法＞水提取法＞乙醇回流提取法＞水提取醇沉法。
Four kinds of extraction methods were used to study the artemisia Po orally liquid technology, and the contents of the active ingredients of Radix Astragali and Radix Astragali and Radix Astragali were determined. Results According to different extraction processes, the order of the total amount of the two components was as follows: water decocting pH value heat preservation extraction method> water extraction method> ethanol reflux extraction method> water extraction and alcohol precipitation method.
