I. Information and Civil Aviation Information The term “information” is not uncommon. In August 1992, the State Science and Technology Commission clearly stipulated that “scientific and technological information” should be renamed as “scientific and technological information,” so that the concept of “information” instead of “intelligence” was more widely used.
